To help ensure the right fit, we recommend reviewing the size chart provided with each product before making your purchase, to avoid any misunderstandings or issues with your order.
Incorrect or Faulty Items If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. When reaching out, include your order number and a photo or short video that explains the issue and shows the condition of the item. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—if you need to return or exchange it.
Replacements For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We’ll also provide instructions for returning or dealing with the faulty item.
Free Returns You will not be charged for returning items if the item is damaged or faulty due to our error.
Returns for Other Reasons If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or fault, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both sending the item back to us and for receiving the replacement.
